I'm not feeling that bad, nor as sore as it was after the first (or second) physical training session. Could it be that I'm getting better? Or was it because the training load was lighter?
Who knows. It'll be best if it was the former. Less time spent on these training will be more time spent on more meaningful stuff.
今日はいい調子。体の体調が以前よりよくなったのか、今回のトレーニングが前より簡単なのか。わからない。でも、前のほうならいい。
もうこのまま続くのはごめんだぜ。
